摘要
20世纪90年代以来,国际资本流动总体规模不断扩大,对西方发达国家实体经济造成的严重冲击,使得世界经济增长明显放缓,并对国际资本流动产生较大负面影响。对此,我国也应采取有效措施积极应对国际资本流动的变化。
Since the 1990s, the overall scale of the international capital flow is increasing, which has caused serious impact on the western developed countries and slowed the world real economy growth sharply, and the international capital flow has great negative impacts. Therefore our country should also take effective measures to respond actively to the change of international capital flow.
