基于SCORM标准的网络学习资源管理系统研究与设计

随着信息技术与教育产业的深度融合,构建开放式远程教育平台已成为构建数字化校园网的核心,同时它也为丰富网络学习资源提供开发空间。但是,由于目前网络资源在管理和开发上缺乏统一的标准和规范,从而导致资源库重复建设,共享程度不高,这一现象已严重地制约了网络学习平台的建设。基于此,文章针对网络学习的特点和需求,从学习资源标准化入手,分析对比国内外的先进标准化体系,采用面向学习对象和知识管理的技术,基于SCORM标准,设计一个较为完善、规范化的网络学习资源统一管理平台。力求该平台能够为网络学习提供丰富的数字化学习内容,有效地实现学习资源的共享、共建,满足研究性、探索性和自主性的网络学习需求。

With the integration of information technology and education industry depth, it has become the core of digital campus network to construct the platform of open distance education. At the same time, it also provided development space to enrich the network learning resources. At present due to the lack of unified standards and norms in the management and development of network resource, resources are repeated and the degree of resource is low. This phenomenon has seriously restricted the construction of network learning platform. Base on it,aiming at the characteristics and requirement of network learning, analysis of the advanced standard in abroad,used the technology of learning object and knowledge management,abided by SCORM standard, this paper designed the integrated management platform of network learning resources that was both perfect and normative. In order that the platform can provide abundant digital learning content for the network learning,and be able to meet the research, explorations and autonomous learning are needed.
