摘要
武汉某小区高层住宅属于钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,总共32层,总高度为98.10 m,地震基本烈度为6度。基础设计时采用了天然地基筏型基础、梁板式桩基础和平板式桩基础,利用JCCAD中的单向压缩分层总和法——Mindlin公式,考虑分层土层压缩模量的不同,假定弹性半空间地基模型,考虑了非线性的影响,进行基础的沉降分析,在确保满足规范基本要求的前提下,进一步做了经济性的分析和比较,得出天然地基基础与桩基础造价相当,但是桩基础在沉降控制方面的表现远优于天然地基基础。
A high-rise residential building in Wuhan is a reinforced concrete shear wall structure and it has 32 floors with a total height of 98. 10 m. The basic earthquake intensity is 6 degrees. The building is designed with a natural foundation raft-type foundation ,beam- slab type pile foundation and plate-type pile foundation. Uses the unidirectional compression stratified summation method Mindlin formula of JCCAD, and considers the subgrade soil is layered and compression modulus is also different. Suppose the subgrade as a elastic semi-space subgrade model which contains the nonlinear influence, and then analyse the settlement of the foundation. On the premise of satisfaction of the basic requirement of codes, make the economic analysis and comparison. The natural foundation and pile foundation cost mlite.but in subsidence control trerformance the nile foundation is far sunefior to that of natural fmmdation.
