摘要
以两种级配、两种乳化沥青掺量的乳化沥青水泥稳定级配碎石与同级配水泥稳定级配碎石进行路用性能对比试验,通过对无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、抗压回弹模量试验、干缩试验、温缩试验及冻融试验的结果分析得出:掺加乳化沥青后,会减少水泥稳定碎石的刚度,有利于延缓裂缝的产生,抗干缩性能明显提高,温缩系数略有增大,但增大幅度很小,影响不大,抗冻性能也有所改善。随之对乳化沥青的改性机理进行了分析,最后通过对以上试验的综合分析,加之以经济性的考虑,选定2#级配且乳化沥青4%掺量为优选级配。
With two-level ,two kinds of emulsified asphalt content of emulsified asphalt cement stabilized with gravel at the same level with cement stabilized graded gravel road performance comparison test, unconfined compressive strength test, splitting strength tests, compressive resilient modulus test, shrinkage test, temperature and shrinkage tests and freeze-thaw test results obtained:mixing the emulsified asphalt, will reduce the stiffness of the cement stabilized gravel, slow down the cracks, significantly improve the performance of the anti-shrinkage, thermal shrinkage coefficient increased slightly, but increase substantially small, has little effect on frost resistance is also improved. Followed modification mechanism of emulsified asphalt, and finally through a comprehensive analysis of the above test, in addition to economic considerations ,the selected 2# with 4% of the emulsified asphalt content is the preferred level with.
