摘要
为探讨自交系间的差异,以期通过对自交系灌浆和脱水速率的选择实现对高产优质品种的选择,试验选用9份不同类型自交系,按格列芬双列杂交方法Ⅱ设计,对授粉16~25d、授粉26~35d、授粉36~45d、授粉45d到成熟的灌浆速率,授粉16d到成熟、成熟到收获的籽粒脱水速率,以及苞叶脱水速率和穗轴脱水速率8个性状进行配合力分析。结果表明:黄早4、丹340和HR112灌浆速率配合力较高,其次是Mo17和HR11,HR705和HR106灌浆速率的配合力低,HR304灌浆速率前期慢后期快,K10灌浆速率与之相反。Mo17、HR11、黄早4、HR106脱水速率配合力较高,HR705、HR304和HR112脱水速率配合力较低,丹340、K10的4个性状正负值均有。Mo17、HR11、黄早4和丹340的灌浆、脱水速率GCA正向效应值多于负相值,值得研究利用。
For the purpose of exploring the differences between inbred lines, realizing high yield and super quality selection through screening filling and dehydration rate, taking nine kinds of inbred lines as materials,according to Griffing's Diallel-Cross for Method II, the combining ability of eight traits was studied. The results showed that the combining ability of grain filling rate of Huangzao4,Dan 340 and HRl12 were higher, followed by Mo17, HRll, the lowest were HR705 and HR 106. The grain filling rate of HR 304 was faster and then slo- wer,while K 10 was the opposite. The combining ability of dehydration rate of Mo17, HRll, Huangzao4 and HR106 was higher,followed by HR 705, HR 304 and HR 112. GCA positive effect values of Mo17, HR 11, Huangzao4,and Dan 340 were more than negative values,which was worth researching and utilizing.
