有限切开内固定结合锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折57例 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察有限切开内固定结合锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法:共收治26~79岁Pilon骨折患者57例,入院后患肢跟骨牵引3~12 d,然后手术骨折有限切开复位锁定加压钢板内固定。结果:术后随访12个月,骨折均愈合,愈合时间7~16周,中位数12周,Mazur踝关节功能标准评定优良。结论:有限切开内固定结合锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折,创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快,符合生物学固定的原则,是治疗Pilon骨折的较理想方法。
