G-CSF治疗原发性甲亢伴发急性粒细胞缺乏的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 为观察粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G-CSF)治疗原发性甲亢患者病程及治疗中出现的粒细胞缺乏。方法 将白细胞总数低于 3.5× 10 9/ L,粒细胞绝对值 <1.5× 10 9/ L 的 2 6例患者 ,分为 G-CSF治疗实验组和利血生 +鲨肝醇治疗的对照组。结果 实验组于第一天白细胞为上升至 10 .96× 10 9/ L,用药时间为 3~ 7天 ,平均 (3.82± 2 .12 )天 ,比对照组治疗时间明显缩短。治疗期间 ,实验组中无人输血 ,而对照组 14例中 ,共 5人 8次 ,输血 16 0 0 ml。结论 G-CSF用于治疗甲亢粒细胞缺乏 ,对白细胞有显著的提升作用 ,并能减少输血量 ,减少感染的发生。本药在用药过程中无明显毒副作用。 Objective To study the effects of granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) on acute granulocytopenia complicated with primary hyperthyroidism.Methods 26 patients,whose total white blood cells were less than 3.5×10 9/L and the absolute sum of granulocyte less than 1.5×10 9/L,were divided into two groups:experimental group receiving treatment of G-CSF and the control group treated with leucogen and batyl alcohol.Results The total white blood cells of G-CSF group were increased to 10.9×10 9/L on the first day of administration.The treatment course was 3 to 7 days with average of(3.82±2.12)days,which was obviously shorter than that of the control group.During the treatment no one in the experimental group received blood transfusion,while 5 out of 14 patients in the control group received blood transfusion for 8 times with 1 600ml in total volume.Conclusion G-CSF can on one hand significantly increase white blood cells and on the other decrease the volume of blood transfusion as well as the likelihood of infection.No obvious toxicity or side effects were observed in the course of G-CSF administration.
