摘要 利用煤坚固性系数测定仪,通过对2个煤样破碎能进行实验研究,结果表明新表面说、相似说、裂纹说都能解释煤体破碎的机理,其中裂纹说能更好地描述煤体破碎能与块度之间的关系,其破碎比功W与1/槡dm之间呈线性关系。破碎后的煤体具有分形特征,有明显的自相似性,其分维数与破碎能之间呈线性关系。分维数能较好地反映煤的粒度分布规律,根据粒度的大小能估算分维数和煤与瓦斯突出的能量,煤的粒径与分维数之间呈双曲线关系。 Experimental study was made on the breaking energy of two coal samples by the coal solidity coefficient tester, the test results showed that the breaking mechanism of coal can be explained by the new surface theory, the similarity hypothesis and the crack hypothesis, among them, the crack hypothesis can describe the relationship between the breaking energy and fragmentsize of coal excellently, and there is a linear relationship between the specific energy W and 1/dm The broken coal has the fractal character and obvious self-similarity, and there is a linear relationship between the fractal dimension and breaking energy. The fractal dimension can preferably reflect the law of the particle size distribution of coal, the fractal dimension and the energy of coal and gas outburst can be estimated according to the particle size, and there is a hyperbolic relationship between the particle size of coal and the fractal dimension.
