摘要
选取王家岭煤矿20105综掘工作面作为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法对风筒不同出风距离时的风流分布及粉尘浓度分布进行分析,结合现场测试结果得到综掘工作面粉尘随风流分布的变化规律以及风筒出口距工作面的最优距离,并据此对掘进机高压外喷雾降尘系统的喷雾压力、流量、方向进行优化。实践表明:司机处总粉尘降尘效率达到88.4%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达到82.6%;机身后10 m处总粉尘降尘效率达到89.9%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达到85.1%。
Analysis was made on the air flow distribution and dust concentration distribution in different distance from the air duct outlet to the heading face by taking 20105 heading face of Wangjialing Mine as the research object and by means of the numerical simulation, the variation regularity of the dust concentration with the air flow distribution in the heading face and the optimal distance from the air duct outlet to the face were obtained according to the site measuring results, and the spray pressure, flow-rate and direction of the high-pressure external spraying system on the heading machine were accordingly optimized. The practice showed that the total dust removal efficiency at the machine operator reached 88.4%, the respirable dust removal efficiency reached 82.6% ; the total dust removal efficiency at 10m place behind the heading machine reached 89.9% , and the respirable dust removal efficiency reached 85.1%.
