摘要 祁东煤矿粉尘最大来源分别为综采工作面和综掘工作面。矿井除采取喷雾、洒水、个体防护等综合防尘措施外,还分别在回采煤层注水水源和综掘机喷雾水源中加入无毒无腐蚀性复配水分子改性剂——尘克添加剂进行防尘。该添加剂能中和液体中固体颗粒磁荷电性,降低水的表面张力,通过在祁东煤矿3245(上)综采工作面和6134风巷综掘工作面的应用表明,其最高降尘效率达61.1%,提高了降尘效率。 The biggest dust sources in Qidong Coal Mine were the fully mechanized coal faces and fully mechanized heading faces. In this mine, a non-toxic and non-corrosive component water molecule modifier - CHENCA additive was respectively added into the water source for seam infusion and the spraying water source of the heading machine for dust suppression except to taking comprehensive dust removat measures such as water spray, individial personnel protection and so on. This additive can neutralize the magnetic charge of the solid particles in liquid and reduce the surface tension of water. The application of this additive in 3245 (upper) fully mechanized coal face and 6134 fully mechanized heading face of an airway in Qidong Mine showed that it can greatly improve the dust-removal efficiency, with the maximum dust-removal efficiency up to 61.1%.
