阿斯匹林对小鼠乳腺癌细胞株的抑制作用

Study of aspirine inhibiton on mice mammary cancer cells

目的观察阿斯匹林在体外对小鼠乳腺癌细胞株有无确切的抑制作用。方法将小鼠乳腺癌细胞株 (HC 11)与不同浓度的阿斯匹林共同培养 ,于培养后 2 4、48、72小时分别作细胞计数 ,并计算IC50 。结果阿斯匹林对HC 11有明确的生长抑制作用 ,且此作用与阿斯匹林的用量呈明显正相关。

Objective To observe inhibition of aspirine to mice mammary cancer cells(HC 11).Methods The HC 11 was incubated with aspirine of different concentration. The number of cells were counted at 24hs, 48hs and 72hs were calculated IC50 respectively.Results Aspirine had a clear inhibited to HC 11 growing. A concentration dependent reduction in the HC 11 number was ovserved in response to aspirine treatment.Conclusion Aspirine can be used as preventive medicine in mammary cancer.
