摘要
企业的规模化发展,促进了员工工资水平的大幅提升,但员工幸福感并没有得到相应的提高。本文在运用HLM模型对员工相对剥夺感的影响因子进行了实证研究的基础上,着重分析了哪些因素会导致员工产生相对剥夺感,每种因素的影响力度如何。最后提出了在人力资源管理中降低典型影响因子对相对剥夺感影响的措施。
With the development of enterprise scale, wages and salaries has been promoted dramatically, but sense of happiness of the staff doesn' t increase correspondingly. In this paper, Based on empirical research in the use of the HLM model, analyzes what factors cause employees to produce a sense of relative deprivation, the efforts of the impact of each factor. Finally, take some measures in human resource management to reduce the typical impact factor which cause relative deprivation effects.
