摘要
以D-3-溴代樟脑-8-磺酸铵(简称D-ABCS)为拆分剂,冰醋酸为溶剂,加少量浓硫酸,以水杨醛为催化剂,使目标对映体的拆分及非目标对映体的外消旋化同时进行,获得高收率、高纯度的D-对羟基苯甘氨酸。
Abstract ：The DL-p-hydroxyphenylglyeine is contacted with D-ammonium bromocamphor sulfonate in acetic acid in the presence of sulfuric acid and salicylaldehyde. The contacting results in simultaneous resolution of D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine and intereonversion of the L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine, to provide a very high yield of D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine having a very high optical purity.
