摘要
针对压煮器的典型结构,围绕设备制造过程中同轴度和垂直度的控制提出了特殊的工艺措施。阐述了上、下法兰装配中同心度精度控制装置的应用,以期为类似设备的装配、制造提供参考。
Aiming at the typical structure of autoclave, the difficult problem of coaxiality and verticality is hard to be guaranteed, corresponding technology measures in the manufacturing process were put forward, which emphases on applying concentricity control device for upper and lower flange assembly. It provides the reference for the same equipment in manufacture.
