摘要
针对6#推焦车推焦杆出现的上拱变形问题,利用火焰矫正法对推焦杆进行了矫正,取得了明显的效果。通过矫正,推焦车在推焦过程中的振动明显减小,大大降低了设备更新、维修费用,为今后大型钢结构件矫正积累了宝贵的经验。
In this paper, the arched deformation 6# coke pusher for pushing rod was corrected by flame correction method, the obvious effect is achieved. The vibration of coke pusher in pushing process is obviously reduced, which greatly reduces equipment renewal, repair costs, it accumulated valuable experience of correction for large pieces of steel structure in the future.
