捣固焦炉荒煤气系统沉积物的清除及系统改进

Remove sediment from the stamp-charging coke oven raw gas pipeline and improve the facilities

通过对捣固焦炉集气系统及吸气系统的沉积物问题进行处理和改进,解决了捣固焦炉存在的∏型管上部及其后负压管道沉积物堵塞的问题。改进后,焦炉氨水喷洒效果良好,荒煤气系统运行平稳,管线吹扫蒸汽消耗量大幅降低。

Abstract：By processing and improving the sediment problems of stamp-charging coke oven gas gathering system and negative pressure system, the problems of sediment clogging in the upper part of Ⅱ type tube and negative pressure pipeline have been solved. After the improvement, ammonia spraying effect is good, the raw gas pipeline system run stably, the consumption of steam pipe purging greatly reduced.
