地方高师院校实践教学现状及改进策略——以汉语言文学(师范)专业为例

The Status of practical teaching in Local Normal Colleges and Universities and Ways for Improvement——A Case Study of Chinese Language and Literature Specialty in Teaching

在加强应用型人才培养的背景下,师范专业要培养出适合基础教育的合格教师,应该重视实践教学。针对专业课程设置中实践类课程所占比重低、实践时间少、见习效果不理想、实习安排有待改进等的现状,地方高师院校应通过增设实践类课程、增加课程内的实践时间、保证见习的时间和效果和改革教育实习形式等策略,提升师范生的综合实践能力。

With the cultivation of applied talent, special attention must be paid to practice teaching in order to tain qualified teachers suitable for fundamental education. In view of the low ratio, insufficient duration, unsatisfactory result and unreasonable arrangement of major courses, measures must be taken to increase the numbers and ratio of practical courses, ensure the duration and result of internship and innovate the form to improve their comprehensive practical ability.
