摘要
随着我国综合实力不断增强和社会经济迅速发展,吸引了大量外国人来中国从事投资经商、就业、读书、旅游等活动。与此同时,外国人的非法入境、非法居留、非法就业现象也比较突出,引发了各种治安隐患和社会矛盾。边境地区应尽快构筑堵疏并举、打防结合的立体管理网络,才能逐步将"三非"外国人清出边境地区。
Along with the development of China and its social economy, a lot of foreigners are attracted to invest, work, study, or travel in China. At the same time, ＂Three Illegals＂, referring to foreigners who enter, live, and work in China illegally, becomes a prominent problem, further poses public security issues and causes social conflicts. In border areas, a comprehensive management network shall be established to crackdown on illegal immigrants and further prevent such problems. Thus, the Three Illegals can be gradually cleared out the border.
