利用微生物发酵来制取赤藓糖醇,其得天独厚的发展前景引起了国内众多研究机构和厂家的重视,但是,生产成本太高却限制了赤藓糖醇产业的发展,因此,降低赤藓糖醇的生产成本是推动赤藓糖醇产业发展的根本途径。以1株山东龙力生物科技股份有限公司实验室筛选的赤藓糖醇高产菌株——耐高渗假丝酵母为试验对象,通过单因素研究、正交研究确定菌体的最佳培养基配比,最终实现让赤藓糖醇在实际生产中达到提高产量、降低成本的目的。

Laboratory was taken as material was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiments to improve yield and reduce costs in the actual production.
