毛泽东一生追求清明政治,对贪污腐化行为深恶痛绝,与之作坚持不懈的斗争。政治上反贪,建立廉洁政府;法律上反贪,严惩贪污犯罪;思想上反贪,树立清廉意识;纪律上反贪,不侵占群众国家利益。对毛泽东不同时期的反贪思想予以归纳,可以构建毛泽东政治上、法律上、思想上、纪律上多角度、多层次反贪的系统思想。
