近年来,我国体育新闻媒体发展迅速,体育新闻媒体对体育的影响不断加深,但随着法制的完善和人们法律意识的增强,各种因体育媒体和从业人员的法律意识缺失而引起的报道侵权之诉增多,严重影响了体育新闻事业的健康发展。因此,培养体育新闻媒体和从业人员的法律意识是体育新闻事业健康发展的当务之急。

In recent years, China＇s sports news media developed rapidly and also influencing sports. Along with perfection of legal system and enhancement of people＇s legal consciousness, press tort actions are increasing bcause of lack of legal consciousness of sports media and practitioners, and have seriously affected healthy develoment of sports career. Therefore, the cultivation of the legal consciousness of sports news media and practitioners is the urgent matter for the healthy development of sports career.
