Euthanasia is a global issue concerned with the area of law, religion and morality. With the develoment of the legitimation of euthanasia in Dutch and Belgium, euthanasia is familiar with Chinese people, It is an obvious secret for the doctors and patients to make a contract to use the euthanasia on the suffering patients in this area, How far away could that be about the legitimation of the euthanasia？ This thesis demonstrates the rationality and legitimation of the euthanasia by criticizing the theory which is against the euthanasia and conveys some thoughts and takes some investigations in the procedure of application, scrutiny, implement and record with the help of the legislation of the euthanasia in Dutch and Belgium.
