摘要
以快递企业中的快递业务员的招聘为例,建立了快递业务员招聘的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法,建立相应的数学模型,计算出各应聘人员对于招聘岗位的权重向量。结果表明,所建立的层次分析模型对快递业务员的招聘是实际可操作的。
Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation index system of recruiting express clerk is estab-lished in the recruitment of express clerk, relative mathematical model is built up and weight vector that employees need for the recruiting position is figured out. Result shows that AHP model is feasible for the recruitment of express clerk.
