摘要
研究型有机化学实验具备培养学生创新和科研能力的特点,已成为实验教学体系的重要组成部分之一。以"氢化偶氮苯的制备"为例设计了一个研究型有机化学实验,对选题、设计、实施、产品分析及总结各实践阶段进行讨论,发现在实施过程中激发了学生的创新思维和能力,收到了很好的效果。说明氢化偶氮苯的制备适合作为研究型实验项目在实验教学中应用。
Research-oriented experiments of organic chemistry have become one of the most component of experimental teaching due to characteristic of cultivating the innovation spirit and the research ability of the students. The preparation of hydrazobenzene was used as an example to design an organic chemistry experiment on study. The stages of titles selected, design, execution, products analysis and conclusion were discussed. Through the experiment training the innovative thinking and the practice ability of the students are aroused and the good results are achieved.' Application of the preparation of hydrazobenzene as research-oriented experiment in experiment teaching has proved practicable.
