含间隙的变速器齿轮系统动力学响应分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于齿侧间隙对齿轮动力学系统的影响,综合考虑时变啮合刚度、综合传递误差等因素,建立了含间隙的直齿轮副单自由度非线性动力学模型,应用Runge-Kutta法对单自由度运动微分方程进行了数值求解,通过分岔特性等分析,讨论了考虑间隙的齿轮系统非线性动力学响应,分析了在不同载荷时齿轮系统随间隙变化的动力学特性。分析结果表明:在重载条件下,随着间隙的变化,系统动力学特性未发生改变,而系统的振幅发生改变;在轻载条件下,随着间隙的变化,系统的动力学特性和振幅都发生改变。分析结果为改进变速器齿轮传动性能提供理论依据。 Based on the influence of the backlash to dynamics of gear system, a nonlinear single-degree-of-freedom dynamic model for a spur gear pair system with backlash is established where the time-varying meshing stiffness and the transmission error are considered. The nonlinear single-degree-of-freedom equations are solved by employing Runge-Kutta integration method, based on bifurcation analysis, the nonlinear dynamic response of gear system with backlash is discussed, and the dynamic char- acteristics of the system are analyzed for backlash changing with different load. The results show that under heavy load condi- tions, the dynamic characteristic of the system isn't changed, while the amplitude of the system changes with backlash; under light load conditions, the dynamic characteristic and the amplitude of the system are both changed with backlash. The study resuits provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of the gear transmission performance.
