摘要
为降低重型车的车外加速噪声,通过对重型车动力总成的辐射噪声进行频谱测试分析,针对其噪声特点,考虑重型车的通风散热,对重型车动力总成的隔声罩进行结构和选材设计,并在试装后进行车外加速噪声实验。实验结果表明,该隔声结构在相当宽的频带内具有良好的吸隔音性能,能有效地吸收和阻隔动力总成系统的噪声,使得整车车外加速噪声降低3dB(A)以上。
In order to reduce pass-by noise of heavy vehicle, the radiated noise on the powertrain of heavy-duty vehicle was spectrum tested and analyzed in this paper. Aiming at the noise characteristics, considering the ventilation cooling of heavy vehicles, the structure design and materials selection of acoustic enclosures were done on the powertrain of heavy-duty vehicle; and pass-by noise was tested with acoustic enclosures. The experimental result shows that the insulation structure has good noise absorption performance in a wide band and can effectively absorb and block the noise of the powertrain system. It made the pass-by noise of the vehicle reduce for more than 3 dB(A).
