中小学教师课堂教学能力观的研究

摘要 为了更深入了解中小学教师的教学专长,探讨中小学教师课堂教学能力观的构成及其重要性评价,首先利用开放式问卷获得了23项教师课堂能力观项目,然后选择200名中小学教师评定各项教学能力的重要性程度,按评定的重要性次第排列出教学能力观项目,结果发现前三位依次为调动学生学习积极性的能力,培养学生的学习兴趣、学习习惯的能力,爱和关心学生。中小学教师对教育科研能力的重要性认识较低;专家型教师和新手型教师在教学能力重要性的认识上大体是一致的,但专家型的教师更注重课堂组织管理能力,新手型教师更注重语言表达能力。 In order to have a thorough understanding of the teaching expertise of primary and secondary school teachers and explore the constituents of their classroom teaching ability and the importance of its evaination,23 teacher- classroom- capacity- concept items are obtained with open-ended questionnaires,and then 200 randomly-chosen primary and secondary school teachers assess the degree of importance of the teaching ability and position them in the order of importsnce. It is found out that the top three are the ability to mobilize students, the ability to cultivate students' interests and learning habits and the ability to love and care about students. Primary and secondary school teachers' awareness of the importance of education and scientific research ability is low; while expert teachers and novice teachers generally have consistent understanding of the importance of teaching ability, but expert teachers pay more attention to classroom organization and management ability and novice teachers focus more on language skills.
