基于“合训分流”学员的电子技术类课程教学研究

Research on the Teaching Mode of Electronic Technology Courses for "Joint Training Shunt" Students

当前,不少部队反映"合训分流"学员的知识能力与部队的实际需要存在一定的脱节现象。针对这一情况,军校应该不断深化教学改革,使学员在校所学尽可能贴近部队所需。因此,从电子技术类课程的特点入手,分析"合训分流"人才培养目标对电子技术类课程教学提出的新要求,研究探讨适用于"合训分流"学员的教学模式具有重要意义。

Currently,a certain gap which exists in the knowledge and ability of ＂joint training shunt＂ students and the actual needs of army was reflected. In response to this situation, military schools should continue to deepen educational reform in order to cultivate students who can satisfy the needs of the army. The paper analyses the characteristics of electronic technology courses and the new requirements of ＂joint training shunt＂ students＇ training objectives and researches the teaching mode of ＂joint training shunt＂ students.
