Discussion of Vocational College Students' Cultural Values

创造性地提出文化价值观这一新的命题,它是社会主义核心价值体系在文化领域的延伸,属于文化的精神层面,是个人和社会群体对文化的意义、重要性的总评价和总看法。高职学生文化价值取向存在着古今矛盾、中西冲突、义利之辨、科学与迷信等困惑,必须以社会主义核心价值观为引领,实现从文化的感性自发向理性自强的转变,在自觉践行社会主义先进文化中树立正确的文化价值观。

The author creatively puts forward a new proposition,cultural values which are the extension of socialist core values system in cultural field. They bdong to spiritual culture and are individual＇s and social group＇s general evaluations and views of the significance and importance of the culture. There is some confusion in vocational college students＇ cultural value orientation,such as contradictions between ancient and modem, conflicts between Chinese and western, arguments about justice and benefit and distinetions between science and superstition. The author believes that vocational college students＇ cultural values should be based on socialist core values system,so that they can accomplish the transfonn from spontaneous cultural perception to rational cultural self- improvement and set up correct cultural values while consciously practicing advanced socialist culture.
