摘要
文章从积极心理学的五个效应角度:"遗忘曲线"、"U型记忆"、"情境匹配"、"情绪记忆"、"材料性质"出发,通过五个案例对积极心理学在政治课堂教学实践运用进行分析,提出了巧妙运用心理效应来实现快乐记忆的具体主张和实践路径。
From the perspective of positive psychology, the article analyses five cases in politics class with the effects of the "forgetting curve", "U memory","situation matching","emotional memory" and "material properties", and comes to the conclusion that positive psychology can be applied in politics teaching practice and give suggestions on how to achieve the goal of memorizing what we have learned efficiently.
