摘要
初中学生进入初一下期后,有些学生的英语学习出现困难,其中的一个主要问题是学习动机问题。经过调查发现,初中学生的学习动机具有明显的差异性。差异发生的时间段一般在初中二年级的上期。差异产生的原因主要是由于学习课程的增加、思维方式变化、学习条件的变化和学生的心理准备不足。消除差异的对策是进行有针对性的心理辅导,坚定学生的目标指向,强化其学习动机的强度与持续度,形成坚韧不拔的精神。
One of the major issues for grade 7 students in learning English is motivation. Based on research, it is discovered that their motivation varies from one to another. It normally happens at the first semester of grade 8. The major reasons for various motivations are: more learning courses,change of thinking modes,change of learning conditions and insufficient psychological preparation for junior high school learning. The strategies to deal with the issue are to offer targeted psychological coach,make students more goal- oriented, and consolidate the intensity and sustainability of their learning motivation in order to cultivate fortitudinons spirits.
