摘要
行动导向教学模式是一种被证实适用于职业教育的教学模式,但因种种原因,教师在实际教学中使用不多。行动导向模式下,教师应围绕培养学生的关键能力设置教学目标、优化整合运用教学方法、灵活安排教学流程。
Behavior-oriented teacbing is a mode that has been verified to be adaptable to vocational education. However, ,due to multiple reasons, teachers don＇t often use this method in practical teaching process. This essay takes the theory of behavior-oriented teaching method as the cut-in point, with daily teaching of mechanical ,specialty as examples, and puts forward its application and countermeasures.
