The Effect of Hotel Management Professional Teachers in the Process of Practice

以包头职业技术学院酒店管理专业学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查、师生座谈等方法,对学生实习分阶段的实习心理进行调查与分析,指出酒店管理专业实习指导教师存在的问题,进而提出实习指导教师如何发挥指导作用的建议。

The paper studies and analyzes psychology in different stages during the process of practice by the way of the questionnaire survey and discussion among students majored in hotel management in Baotou Vocational ＆ Technical College. Meanwhile ,it points out some problems existing in guiding practice and puts forward suggestions for teachers on how to play a better guiding role.
