以金融管理与实务专业改革为基础,分析专业人才培养从学科本位转变为能力本位的教学,提出金融岗位工作过程的专业教学改革方法,强化教学内容、课程体系,构建以"能力本位"为主导的课程体系。

Based on the reform of financial management and practice, the paper analyzes the talents training changing from discipling - based teaching to competence - based teaching and puts forward ways to reform so as to build a competence - based curriculum system.
