摘要
企业档案所具有的真实性、多元性和潜在的创造性,对推进企业文化建设,塑造企业形象有着积极的作用已成为企业技术储备,文化储备以及企业文化建设中不可或缺的组成部分。分析和探讨企业档案管理工作对企业文化建设的作用,指出企业档案与企业文化之间的相互关系,以及企业文化对企业生产经营所发挥出的效益。
The facticity, diversity and creativity of enterprise archives, which are the necessary parts of technical and cultural reserve, take a positive role in promoting the construction of enterprise culture and shaping the image of the enterprises. The paper analyzes the effects of management of enterprise archives on the construction of enterprise culture, points out the rela-tionship between enterprise archives and their culture and puts forward the efficiency of enterprise culture on their production management.
