摘要
针对实习支教学生的教学反思不足的现状,在扶贫顶岗支教实习之前对支教学生进行教育行动研究的方法培训可以教会他们在实习支教期间针对教学实践中出现的具体问题开展行动研究,对整个教学实践过程进行系统的反思,从而促进实习支教学生的教学实践能力、教学反思能力等从教素质和科学研究能力的和谐发展和共同提高,使其教学实践能力和教育创新意识得到有效的培养,为其将来的职业发展奠定坚实的基础。
By training pre - service teachers to conduct action research in their teaching practicum, institute can effectively help them solve the problems aroused from their teaching practice and facilitate their systematic reflection on their teaching practicum. This can significantly foster the cultivation of student teachers competence in teaching, in reflecting their teaching and boost the balanced and harmonious development of their competence in teaching and researching, which in turn will lay the solid foundation for their further professional development.
