摘要
以孔径分布密度函数和孔长度分布函数为基础,结合CaO的比表面积和孔容积等参数模拟了在O2/CO2气氛下钙基脱硫剂孔隙分布特性,并与常规空气气氛下进行了对比分析。模拟发现,常规空气气氛下煅烧生成CaO的比表面积和孔容积远大于O2/CO2气氛下,两种气氛下CaO孔径分布密度区别也较大。常规空气气氛下孔径分布宽,峰值对应的孔径大,孔径密度峰值低;O2/CO2气氛下孔径分布窄,峰值对应的孔径较小,孔径密度峰值高。O2/CO2气氛下煅烧生成的CaO孔结构特性与常规空气气氛下明显不同。
Based on the function of pore size distribution density and the function of pore length distribution, com- bining with the specific, surface area and pore volume parameters of the CaO, the paper simulates the pore size dis- tribution of calcium-based sorbents characteristics in O2/CO2 atmosphere, and makes a comparative analysis with conventional air atmosphere. Results show that the pore area and volume calcining in conventional air atmosphere are highly bigger than in O2/CO2 atmosphere. The pore size distribution density of the CaO in two atmosphere is diffenent. The pore size distribution is wide and the peak value is low in conventional air atmosphere. While the pore size distribution is narrow and the peak value is high in O2/CO2 atmosphere. The pore characteristics of CaO calcining in O2/CO2 atmosphere are obviously different from conventional air atmosphere.
