文章介绍了职业生涯管理的理论及其在电力企业改制背景下的应用价值及其重要性,并就电力企业的实际提出推行职业生涯管理的建议。认为积极开展员工的职业生涯管理工作,使员工与企业的职业需求相匹配、相协调对企业的发展至关重要。
This paper introduces the application of the value and importance of occupation career management theory and restructuring in the electric power enterprise under the background of electric power enterprise, and puts forward the implementation of occupation career management advice. Think actively carry out occupation career management staff, the occupation needs employees and business matching, coordination is essential for the development of enterprises.
