大连快轨车辆车门控制电路故障分析及改进

Fault Analysis and Improvement on Door Control Circuit of Dalian Transit Train

介绍大连快轨3号线列车客室车门控制电路的工作原理,针对由车门控制电路的设计缺欠所产生的典型故障进行了分析,并提出具体的改进方案。该方案可以杜绝车门控制电路的安全隐患,有效防止在实际运用中因人为误操作造成客室车门打开的安全事故,提高快轨列车在运行中的安全性和可靠性。

The paper introduces the working principles of the control circuit in passenger coach door of train on Dalian line 3, the typical failure due to door control circuit design shortcomings are analyzed, and makes proposals of specific inaprovements. The improvements can eliminate safety risks in door control circuit, effectively prevent safety incidents of passenger coach door opening caused by human errors in the actual operation, to improve the safety and reliability of transit train
