摘要
应用ANSYS有限元软件对广州地铁4、5号线感应板受力情况进行计算分析。通过计算分析线路感应板的受力情况,可对感应板设备安全运营的情况进行评估分析,进而从检修内容、设备参数、工艺方法等方面对感应板设备维修规程和维修策略进行优化。实践表明,合理地应用ANSYS有限元软件辅助分析线路感应板受力情况,可以提高设备的检修、运营安全和经济。
The paper makes calculation and analysis on the loading force of sensor boards on Guangzhou metro line 4 and 5 by using ANSYS finite element software. By calculation and analysis of force undertaken by sensor board, the safe operation of sensor board device is evaluated and analyzed. And sensor board maintenance procedures and maintenance strategy are optimized from the aspects of inspection content, equipment parameters and technological process methods.
