Train commissioning has played a soft landing role as a nexus between construction and operation period of transit project, it builds a good platform for rapid and orderly completion of construction of transit system and lines put into operation. Taking the implementation and completion of train commissioning project in Beijing as an example, the paper introduces establishment of management mode for train commissioning project, management of implementation process, and management effectiveness inspection etc.
