复杂动态环境下的企业能力系统研究:一个基于主体的仿真分析框架

Enterprise Capability System Research under Complex Dynamic Environment:a Framework for Simulation Analysis Based on the Agent

将复杂适应系统理论引入企业能力的研究领域,通过对企业能力与企业能力系统概念的界定,提出当前复杂动态环境下的企业能力系统在本质上属于复杂适应系统,并对其复杂适应性特征进行了分析。在此基础上,遵循"环境—规则—主体"(ERA)的体系架构,给出企业能力系统分析的基本框架,为构建企业能力系统基于主体的仿真模型提供理论上的依据。文末,结合JES仿真平台对该分析框架的应用研究作了简要探讨,为借助于计算机工具对复杂动态环境下的企业能力进行仿真分析和研究提供了一种新的思路和方法。

After the introduction of complex adaptive systems theory into the research field of enter- prise capability, the enterprise capability system under the current complex and dynamic environment, which in essence belongs to a complex adaptive system is put forward and its complex adaptive character-istics are analyzed through the definition of concept of enterprise capability and enterprise capability sys-tem. On this basis, following the ＂Environmental-Regulation-Agent ＂ （ERA） architecture, the basic framework of analysis of the enterprise capability system is put forward and a theoretical basis for the con- struction of enterprise capability system based on a simulation model of the agent is provided. At the end of the paper, combined with the JES simulation platform, the applied researches of the analysis frame-work are briefly discussed, which provides a new idea and method for the simulation analysis and re-search of the enterprise capability under complex dynamic environment by means of computer tools.
