体表心电图显示心动过速周期重整的特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨体表心电图显示心动过速周期重整的特征。方法选择我院体表心电图显示心动过速周期重整的患者6例,对其心电图特点及表现进行回顾性分析。结果本组6例患者合并器质性心脏病3例,无器质性心脏病3例。房性早搏引起房性心动过速周期重整1例,房内折返性心动过速周期重整2例,加速性房性及交界性心动过速周期重整1例,窦性激动致心动过速周期重整1例,房性并行心律致心动过速周期重整1例。被重整的心动过速中,房性心动过速1例,房内折返性心动过速2例,加速性房性及交界性心动过速1例,室性心动过速2例。结论周期重整是临床心电图最常见的心电现象之一,也是心电冈诊断中应用最常用的法则之一。掌握周期重整的理论,使一些疑难心电图得以恰当的诊断和解释。 Objective To investigate and analyze the electrocardiography(ECG) to reveal the characteris- tics of resetting phenomena of tachycardia. Methods The ECG of 6 hospitalised patients were enrolled and the characteristics and manifestation of resetting phenomena of tachycardia were retrospectively analyzed. Results In total 6 cases, there were 3 cases with organic heart disease; 1 case with atrial premature constrictions showed resetting phenomena; 2 cases with intra-atrial reentrant tachycardia showed resetting phenomena; 1 case with accelerating atrial and junctional tachycardia showed resetting phenomena; 1 case with sinus excitation showed resetting phenomenon and 1 cases with atrial parasystolic rhythm showed resetting phenomenon. In all resetting cases of tachycardia, there were 1 case with atrial tachycardia, 2 cases with intra-atrial reentrant tachycardia, 1 case with accelerating atrial and junctional tachycardia and 2 cases with ventricular tachycardia. Conclusions The resetting phenomena is one of the most common manifestations on clinical ECG. It is also one of the most useful rules on the diagnosis of ECG. Learning the theory of resetting phenomena can help diagnose and explain the sophisticated ECG.
