急性胸痛患者双源CT诊断性扫描中的护理 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨对急性胸痛患者进行双源CT胸痛三联扫描过程中的护理。方法对82例进行双源CT胸痛三联扫描的急性胸痛患者在扫描检查过程中的全程护理情况进行回顾分析,总结相关护理经验。结果82例患者均取得良好的图像,在检查期间均无严重不良反应发生,3例出现对比剂轻度不良反应(恶心、呕吐),1例出现手背静脉生理盐水外渗。通过护士及时采取相应措施,患者的轻度不良反应症状及手背外渗情况得到完全改善。结论全程、全方位、高质量的护理可保证急性胸痛患者进行双源CT胸痛三联扫描检查的安全顺利完成。 Objective To study the nursing of patients with acute chest pain during dual source CT (DSCT) "triple rule-out" chest angiography. Methods Eighty-two cases with acute chest pain were enrolled in this study and underwent DSCT " triple rule-out" chest angiography. We retrospectively studied the whole course nursing care during this kind of examination. Results There was no any adverse reaction during scanning. After examination, mild drug adverse reactions occurred in 3 cases and venous exosmosis occurred in one case. All of these 6 cases were well recovered after nurses took measures timely. Conclusion The whole course and high quality nursing of patients with acute chest pain can guarantee the safe completing of DSCT "triple rule-out" chest angiography.
