主动脉瓣人工瓣膜与患者不匹配研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉瓣人工瓣膜一患者不匹配（Prosthesis—patien tmismatch，PPM）是主动脉瓣置换术后的常见现象，目前尚无一种既简单快捷又客观准确的参数可以方便地评价PPM。PPM的临床意义仍有争议，为避免PPM的发生，可以考虑植入更好血流动力学表现的人工瓣膜或行主动脉根部扩大术、根部替换术，但应仔细权衡由此带来的风险与获益比。
