摘要
对企业专利能力的影响研究鲜有从组织内部因素组织创新氛围角度进行,本文研究组织创新氛围各构成维度对企业专利能力各组成维度的影响,构建了二者之间的影响因素模型,并运用结构方程模型通过对北京、成都、重庆、深圳等地的问卷进行了实证验证。研究发现:工作环境对企业专利创造及运用能力有正向影响,对专利保护及管理能力正向影响假设不成立;主管支持对企业专利能力正向影响假设不成立;团队支持、资源供应、工作特性对企业专利能力有正向影响。
Numerous studies on influence of enterprise patent ability are rare carried out from the angle of organization innovation climate. The author constructs the influencing factors model of enterprise patent ability constituting dimensions from the angle of climate constituting dimensions and verifies it in questionnaire of Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing and Shenzhen by using the SEM. The study comes to the following conclusions: First, the work environment of organization innovation climate has positive effect on enterprise patent creating and using ability while there is not positive effect on this climate to the patent protection and management ability. Second, it dose not hold to the assumption of positive effect on the supervisor support to the enterprise patent ability. By contrast, the team support, the source supply and the performance characteristic have positive effect on the enterprise patent ability.
