Research of Optimization Model About Our Country’s Aquatic Product Supply Chain Based on the Supply Risks

水产品供应链风险分为:市场供需风险、合作风险、供应链结构风险、质量风险和信息风险。在对水产品供应链的研究中,考虑供应链风险的研究比较少,有相关的研究也主要是对水产品质量安全风险方面的评估和控制。本文拟通过对整个水产品供应链的供应网络存在的风险来分析,利用两阶段优化模型来论证如何选择供应商和决策购买量,从而降低供应链供应风险,最终达到整个供应链优化的目标。

The supply chain risks of aquatic product contain marketing supply-demand risk, cooperation risk, chain structure risk, quality risk and information risk. In the research of aquatic product supply chain, very few are about supply chain risk; if some, they are almost about estimating or control of aquatic products＇ quality safety. This article will analyze the existing risks in supply net of aquatic product supply chain in the method of optimum model by two steps to decide the supplies and purchase. This model will help avoid some supply risks and reach the goal of maximization profit.
