袋式除尘器滤袋内流场的数值模拟及计算

Numerical Simulation and Calculation of the Inner Flow Field Based on the Filter Bag

袋式除尘器内部的布袋内的流场非常复杂。借助计算流体动力学CFD软件FLUENT6.3对袋式除尘器布袋内部的流场分布进行了数值模拟,分析了在不同的气流速度、布袋内外不同的压强下滤袋内部的各处速度流场、压强分布等情况。结果表明,入口速度和布袋内外压强差太大,布袋内的流场变得不均匀,不利于滤袋对废气的过滤,模拟结果为袋式除尘器的改进和设计提供了理论依据。

The flow field in a bag filter is very complicated. With the aid of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT6.3, the variation of the flow field in a bag of a filter bag precipitator was simulated. It analyzed the internal bag filter everywhere velocity flow field and pressure distribution, etc. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of bag filter.
