腹及胸腹主动脉瘤围手术期的护理探讨 被引量：4

摘要 报告 198 6年～ 1998年间收治的腹及胸腹主动脉瘤 72例 ,其中胸腹主动脉瘤 (ThoracoabdominalAoticA neurysm ,TAAA) 8例 ,腹主动脉瘤 (AbdominalAorticAneurysm ,AAA) 6 4例。 6 5例行手术治疗 ,1例髂总动脉埋泵 ,6例未手术。 In this article we report 72 cases of abdominal and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms admitted to our hospital between 1986 and 1998 with 8 cases of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms and 64 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysms.Among these,66 cases received operations.And we discussed the perioperative nurse content and experience of abdominal and thoracoabdminal aortic aneurysms in detail as well as stressed the importance of nurse in successful treatment of the disease.
