杂交谷子主要性状表现与粗蛋白含量分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用完全随机区组设计,以当地生产主推品种晋谷21号为对照,研究了杂交谷子张杂谷3号、张杂谷5号、张杂谷9号、张杂谷10号和长杂2号在太谷县的粗蛋白含量及其综合性状表现。结果表明,杂交谷子品种粗蛋白含量均显著低于对照晋谷21号,比对照低6.26%~12.92%;张杂谷5号在张杂谷系列中粗蛋白含量最高,为11.54%;其次是张杂谷10号,为11.13%;粗蛋白含量与穗长和小区产量呈显著负相关,与株高呈中度正相关,与千粒质量呈弱负相关,但均不显著。 Using the method of random complete block design, we studied the crude protein content and the main characteristics performances of Zhang zagu No.3, Zhang zagu No.5, Zhang zagu No.9, Zhang zagu No. 10 and Changza No.2 used the variety of Jingn No.21 which widely grown in Shanxi as the check in this experiment. The results showed that the crude protein content of hybrid varieties of millet were all lower than that of Jingu No.21, the range of decreasing in crude protein content was 6.26% - 12.92%; the highest crude protein content in Zhang zagu series was Zhang zagu No.5, being 11.54%, and next came Zhang zagu No. 10, being 11.13%. The content of crude protein was negatively correlated with spike length and plot yield; the content of crude protein was moderate positive correlated with plant height and weakly negatively correlated ith the thousand seed mass, but the difference is not so significant.
